Awesome Experience in Gràcia
clean roomcomfy bedhelpful staff
I recommend staying here. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. My room even had two balconies. All of the staff was so helpful and kind. I will stay here again.

The location is great. I loved the Gràcia neighborhood. It is tucked in a cozy square with great food, coffee shops and bars all around. I felt very immersed in the local culture.

I did not have breakfast, but it looked nice. The tapas restaurant right below the hotel, called Sol Soler, was so good. There are many restaurants and bars very close.

The hotel room was a good size with a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. The shower was a good size too. The rooftop terrace was fantastic, very lovely to sit there and have sundowners.

I appreciated the room. It was spacious and clean. everything needed WAS there, . the location proved quite great. i liked being in the Gràcia neighborhood.
the online check in process seemed like A NIGHTMARE. i prefer a front desk for check in.

luggage storage existed for free, I found that useful. the hotel uses a digital key system, it minimized face-to-face interaction with staff but online support IS responsive.

the hotel features A NICE bar on the roof. the coffee should improve. i ate the same things everyday and would appreciate some variety in the breakfast.

the hotel's location proved quite excellent. it reminded me of a residential area, with cafes and bars surrounding it. many bars and restaurants are a short walk away from HERE.

the staff provided helpful service. online support IS responsive. staff booked a taxi, however, the taxi did not show up which was frustrating.
